Look at the floor space in your bedrooms!
If it's enough room to roll out your yoga mat, it's enough room!
The only thing to take into consideration is how close the walls are, can you touch them?
Ideally you need to be a room away from walls or doors.
If your bedroom doesn't fit the bill, then look around your space. Maybe the garage or basement has your dream spot. It doesn't have to be permanent, as long as you can have it clear for your "ME" time.
